Kayak Pool

Shady salesman. He saw the land survey with my husband and said it's "better to ask forgiveness than permission" Big mistake! we should have seen that red flag from Swim TexSUN! Salesman BRUCE. who lied and said he never entered our house and never saw the land survey. We sat outside for quite sometime then sat at our kitchen table as we signed all the paperwork.

We have spent thousands of dollars to move our power line and breaker box and sprinkler system just to be told by your pool contractor Paul who had our land survey for a couple of weeks before we moved the power line. At any time they could have told us to stop and wait. Instead they kept asking us if we had moved the power line and ordered the sand.

Once that was done Paul from swim Texsun came out and told us he couldn't build the pool because of an easement. Which both Bruce and Paul had both seen our land survey. Also we have the proof in the text messages that you had a copy of the land survey. You should feel ashamed of yourself. My husband is a recently retired combat Marine with a Purple heart and all he wanted was to relax in an affordable swimming pool.

The lack of morals from the salesman Bruce who also played the marine card is appalling. As for Patty from swim texsun you should be ashamed of yourself and your lack of customer service when you are asked to have someone from management to contact us. The state of disgust and embarrassment that you make my husband feel that he has to serve and protect people and businesses like this is unacceptable.

I will start by saying the pool is beautiful. That said at over 30k, They do not remove left over dirt. They do not remove trash left over, no back filling so be aware of this when you buy the pool. There is a lot of dirt and trash and it will be on you do get rid of it when done. That is the bad. The good is the pool is absolutely amazing and the install team are incredible. I don't know how they were able to work that much in that kind of heat! I recommend these pools but only if you can handle the left over materials.

We just had our pool installed on the 7th. It is GORGEOUS! Everything the sales team said it would be. I specifically want to do a shout out to Chris Miller and his installation team! They put in a 32' x 15' swimming pool with a deep end into my backyard in about 8 hours. There was custom work done to fit in my existing heater right here on the spot by his very experienced team. I highly recommend this company for your pool needs

Beautiful Pool for a fair price and Awesome Customer Service. We have gotten so many compliments from our neighbors and We are looking forward to lots of family time around the pool this summer. I would recommend this pool to anyone that asks you wont be disappointed and Impressed with how fast and efficient they are able to set these pools up. Thanks again Kayak pool I am now in LOVE with my back yard it was the perfect addition.

I LOVE the way my pool turned out. I was a total pest calling back multiple times each week as I made so many changes. Mary was as nice and accommodating as you could be. Can't wait until next summer!

We love our Kayak pool! Overall our experience was wonderful! The pool is amazing! We had it installed late last summer! We have enjoyed our pool the entire season! We even put in a heater so we can extended our season! What sold us with this product is the decking that goes around the pool! It looks stunning and is very easy to maintain! Frank and his crew were amazing, they really work hard and efficiently! Tina, helped with all the organizing and questions we had! Even the workers that answer the phones from the catalog number are very knowledgeable and helpful!

I bought an 8 year old 16X24 Kayak Pool in Massachusetts and did a "self-move" to Maryland. I love the high quality engineering, materials, and serviceability of this pool. I was completely impressed with the materials and workmanship and how well the deck is integrated with the pool wall. I followed the installation manual to the letter as each step was presented well and was easy to follow. I was even able to remove, pack, and transport the liner and after a careful inspection of it I decided to re-install it. I am a very happy Kayak Pool owner.

We had wanted a pool last year, but due to the pandemic there were none from our local companies, and again this year in May we were too late. We reached out to Kayak and from the first communication we had an excellent experience. The sales person, Jim Herrington, was knowledgeable mapping out the pool in the backyard and informing us of what the village would probably be concerned with, such as distance from property line or shed. Jim made an appointment with us quickly after the first phone call and always answered our questions afterward as well.

He provided a standard packet that included wiring requirements and a checklist so we would know what we needed to contribute (sand, permits, electrical work etc.). We transitioned over to Tina in the office once the pool was ordered from the factory. Tina has excellent Customer Service skills! She communicated via TEXT message which was extremely convenient.

She kept us updated on the pool ETA and in fact it was ready 2 weeks earlier than the estimate. Any question I had, I knew I could ask Tina and get a same day answer. The installer arrived and he had 30 years experience installing Kayak pools, so he knew what he was doing. Frank is laconic and he works like a machine. Frank gave us good advice on maintenance and he had the pool installed in 4 days.

He didn't leave until it had water in it. We LOVE our pool. The grandkids love that it has a deck all the way around, and we have enjoyed a month of swimming we otherwise would not have had on these very hot 86 degree days. It's an investment, but for us this was the perfect improvement for our home. Thank you to the Kayak Team out of Lancaster NY!

We want a pool that is easly entered through because I'm handicaped. We've had through the comp (Kayak) and it lasted 30 plus years and we would like a new one.
