Rob has been caring for my pool since 2009. He comes weekly and has never missed one week! I consistently receive compliments on the cleanliness of the pool and how pretty it looks. It always looks beautiful! When I had to replace the pool sweep, Rob recommended another brand and not only does it work extremely well, my electric bill was reduced because of the type of sweep he recommended. I would refer Rob and his service to anyone with a pool! And in fact, I have!

Great service !! We called Rob on a Sunday to clean are pool. He was here in 30 min !!! Did a great job was very professional and told us exactly what was wrong with it and took care of it. I highly recommend him you won't be disappointed !

Rob was very helpful and tried to troubleshoot our problem over the phone and we were not even a client. He sent a technician out and was able to fix it way below market price. Very honest company.

Excellent service, communication, and reliability. Have had Rob and his business for a few jobs at the house now and can't speak more highly. In the past we have had flush valve seals go out and more recently a pool pump. Rob was quick to reply and get the job done despite a heavy work load from the warm weather and people being home who want to take advantage of their pools. Rob provided a free estimate and recommended the best product that was warrantied and that would save us money in energy over the course of time which helps the repair pays for itself.

Even after the install Rob has been attentive to questions on the best pool care moving forward. If you want quality and genuine customer service don't look anywhere else.

As a new home buyer things can always seem overbearing. I purchased a house with a pool and didn't know how to use the filtration system. Rob was kind enough to come out to my house and went out of his way to teach me how use the system. He also gave me tips and tricks on how to preserve my system without upselling on a new one. I can attest that Rob is the most honest, trustworthy and capable pool repairman in the business. I retained his services over a year ago when I found it necessary to replace my previous pool company. I attempted to replace the rubber seal on my backwash valve and ended up breaking off the handle since it probably hasn't been lubed for some for a few years. I reached out to Robert and he was able to come to the rescue after I got off of work to replace the backwash unit. He quoted me a good price to replace the valve not knowing how challenging it was going to be to remove it from the filter. Robert spent a good amount of time and effort to replace it and I assumed he was going to add onto the quote since it was pretty much double the work. He didnt! He kept it flat rate! He even gave me some tips on how to take care of the valve moving forward. Thanks again Robert!

I called Robert because I could not get a hold of my maint guy at The PoolMan. Robert came the same day. The actuator on my pool was broken and I had to maintain it manually. Eventually, the water was nasty and I had to get someone out here quick. It was my birthday weekend and I had some friends over with their kids, and it was over 100 degrees outside so we wanted to swim. Robert was amazing and knew exactly what to do. Also he has reasonable prices. You would not go wrong choosing him as your pool guy.

Had a little situation with the filter in the pool. We called around to a bunch of places, knowing most would be closed as it's the 4th of July. I called Eastlake Pool Service and spoke with Rob. What a professional, he stayed on the phone and walked us through our filter ordeal saving us time and money. He let us know if for some reason it stops working again he'll have someone come out. A+ Service.

My pool looked beyond serviceable, smelled like a sewer (greenish/reddish color) and my girls asked if they would ever be going swimming. I needed an emergency service so I decided I was going to just have to put up the money to get it fixed. Called multiple pool service companies but only Eastlake was willing to come within an hour to look at my pool.

I was surprised that the pool service man who came over my house was the owner of the company. Not only did he come within an hour, he started servicing my pool. The whole experience was a miracle, within days my girls were swimming in the pool. Worth every penny! Still cannot believe the owner came and was willing to get right to work to make my girls happy.

This man he knows his business. He came to my house in short notice and found the problem on my pool heater which it is brand new heater finally fixed next 20 min so we could have a pool party on Labor Day weekend with my kids!what else you could expect? Call him you don't get disappointed also his prices are extremely reasonable. By the way he programmed my pool pump, he fixed my skimmer, he changed my control panel on heater and pool pump, fixed my pool cleaner hose in the same price.

There is no way you can find in Eastlake Chula Vista on that price! One more thing I have own my pool guy he does very lousy job and I will let him go and I will hire this guy. My pool guy is idiot; he did not tell me that I was running for pool pump 11 hours per day instead of 5 hours; I wasted tons of electricity.

I searched on Yelp to find a pool repair service to replace my heater Rob was excellent very professional on time installed my heater drain my pool refilled it with chemicals recommended someone to repair my grout been on time no hidden charges was straight up with me on the price I would recommend him A+++ service I sure wish there were other services as great as him very old school thanks again Rob

Great service from Rob and his crew. I moved into a new place with some old pool equipment and called Rob to take a look at everything and get an estimate for repairs and monthly service. He is a legit and honest guy that knows what he is doing. Service is prompt and professional and he is also very easy to talk to. You can ask a bunch of questions and he will answer them with no issues. This was the first company I called and he gave me a good vibe so decided to use their services and glad I did.

Rob and his crew is very thorough and professional! The crew been servicing our pool for the last 3 1/2 years. The water stays crystal blue all year round. This is a one man show. There may be other businesses in Chula Vista, but believe me, you will be paying for their overhead and not getting the service Robert offers. At the other business I asked the person on the phone "if he sold a certain pool pump, he said "the pump I was looking for is an commercial pump but had a "better" model number at obviously a more expensive price.

When I told him about a better price I found, his response was "that may be good for the customer, but not for business" WOW! Robert on the other hand, went the extra length to make us feel comfortable with the purchase on the pool I was looking for and kept in touch with us making sure everything is OK. The icing on the cake: Robert gave us the same warranty on labor as the warranty that came with parts for the pump. Months down the line another piece on the filter broke called up Rob.

He did not only remember who I am but the model of filter and took care of the problem immediately. Don't take it from me, give Rob the opportunity to help you and you'll have a good pool man as long as you own a pool Thank you Robert.

I have been using eastlake pools for about 6-8 months and I love there service. Rob is kind and respectful in fact he often brings treats for my 2 dogs. He always shows up and the pool looks great, and usually if there is a problem he just fixes it for me. East lake pools saved me from my previous pool guy who didn't know how to fix anything that was wrong with my pool and just kept dumping chemicals to make it right since then Rob has brought my pool back to life. I could not have a better pool guy.

PROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY AROUND! I contacted Eastlake Pool Service when our pool had gotten way out of hand (green with living bugs) and our previous pool company failed to return my calls. My late afternoon call was answered promptly and courteously; I explained the problem and was given some ideas about what could be needed, we made and appointment for the next morning.

The technician arrived promptly, well groomed and examined the pool and equipment then made his prognosis and explained how to remedy the problem. The technician treated the pool and the pool was looking great in less than an hour. I followed the instructions given to me and was told to expect a follow up in 4 days. Based on the customer service I received from this company, the ability to correctly address the problem, and the manner in which it was done I give this company 5 out of 5! Thank you Rob!
