I had weekly service and found my pool green! Called and Randy said go buy shock it or wait till I come. He stated he had seen it green a few weeks and I said why did you not shock it? What am I paying you for? I canceled service and it took me 6 packs of shock it and algae remover running my filter for 2 days straight to clear up my green pool.
