The new management at our apartment complex decided to go with Hudson this summer. Big mistake; the kids they sent were lazy and incompetent. They provided lifeguard service (or at least sat watching the pool) other than that they did very little beyond opening an umbrella for an elderly patron or playing with the young kids, they did never clean the locker room or the area around the pool (a tree next to the pool kept dropping apple on the shuffleboard area adjacent to the pool and we just kept watching them accumulate).
I never saw them checking the bacteria level or PH in the pool and they only used the skimmer sporadically. I am writing this to warn anyone who may be considering using this management company to re-think their decision.

The life guards were very attentive and took care of every need no matter how small. They were very pleasant and funny, such a joy to be around. The pool at all times was net and clean. The guards reaction to any job was fast, let it be a leaf in the pool to a child who fell on the pool deck to a first aid cut. I can not wait to take my family to the pool again.
