Pool Doctor

I contracted the pool doctor to open my pool. The liner had water behind it which they stated was due to a large hole in the liner, and that the liner would have to be replaced. I had them replace the liner. They were paid, and left me to fill the pool. The pool would not fill past the light housing. Tony said Mike would come and inspect the liner installation.

I had to call them again and Tony told me to call a diver that they recommended. The diver was great, braved 50 degree water, found and repaired the leak on the light housing. I called the pool doctor back because I also wanted a quote for a cleaning and maintenance contract. Tony then informed me that they would not service my pool because it had a leak. (At this point the leak was repaired) The pool doctor did not stand behind their service, and I had to pay to find and repair a faulty installation. The only good part of dealing with the pool doctor was getting the number of a professional pool repair man.

No other pool company compares. Mike and the team are all highly professional and go out of their way to accommodate you in any way possible. We have used them to service and maintain our pool for years as well as replace all the equipment during a renovation. Do not think twice about using them! Excellent service and great pricing for quality work!

The only place where you get your pool done right good prices and fast work just wish there was military prices as well

I got my pool during the covid era. This is the first time i got a pool, so i needless to say, i have no idea what im doing. Rich, Nicole, and everyone was very helpful. I did stop by the office to hash out some detail, and everyone was helpful, busy, mask up, friendly. All good around. It took us about ~8 mos from signing the contract, to having a swim-able pool, which honestly, i think is great, given everyone is getting a pool.

At no point in time was my expectation breached, that i know it was going to take some time. A++++ I have a few neighbors who saw me do the work, and they were asking who those people are that did my pool, coz, they need new liner, pool work etc. Well, i said, go to "Pool Doctor"

We bought our above ground pool in early February and were having a real hard time trying to find someone to install it before the season began. We live in NJ and all the installers we contacted either did not respond or told us the earliest they could install the pool was late summer or that they were fully booked. The Pool Doctor fit us into their very busy schedule and helped us through every step of the process.

The day of installation they were on time and completed the job in just a few hours (in the pouring rain no less). They were very prompt with communications and made sure we were completely satisfied with the installation. I highly recommend them as their customer service is second to none.
