Nautilus Pools

We originally contracted in February 2021. Nautilus crews began taking off the grass in July and in August they started the digging process. Even though there were minor delays due to the supply chain, Dustin and all his crews worked diligently to complete our pool. They were all wonderful! We were happy to be here for every step, so we could ask questions and also make sure all our communications were met with a response, which they were.

Our pool was completed in a timely manner especially considering weather, supply chain, and Covid. We couldn't t be happier with our decision to go with Nautilus. Dustin is such a nice person and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. He truly cares!

Nautilus installed our pool and spa with our new home build. Our builder recommended them and WOW! Incredible team experience with Bre, Eryn, Alex, John and Dustin. They all we're incredibly customer service oriented with Eryn standing out as exceptional and Alex was extremely responsive during the entire process. They stood behind a few minor picky request we had and their quality was exceptional. I'd highly recommend them.

Me and my sister went with our parents to get a pool. While the pool was in progress, the owner, came tout the pool and how it was going so far. We asked him if it was possible to have the pool ready for my birthday. He said it was going to be a bit hard, but he would try his best. It was our first pool. I'll never forget that the pool was ready for my birthday party! Thank you Nautilus Pools!

Update: You do not often see a business owner show up at your house at 7:30 pm on a Friday night to service your equipment. We were unlucky with the new Hayward heater that we ordered and with a packed house it was going to be a long weekend or more. Dustin's reaction was resolute, he immediately installed a new system without worrying about fixing it through warranty repair and clearly our satisfaction way Nautilus' 1st priority.

I am very impressed and was not expecting the fast reaction I received, especially when the local air company said it would take a week to fix or a new unit, which Dustin delivered, at 7:30 on a Friday night! This is old school service, makes you feel good. AWESOME. (This was my original post).I am not happy to write this review, Nautilus had been great to work with and Dustin (and Pete prior) are as solid as they come, hardworking and honest, this has nothing to do with the quality of service or build, rather the equipment.

I bought 2 Hayward units and have had too many issues; cracks, leaks, malfunctions.headaches. This is acceptable but the reaction/correction time has been underwhelming and I feel less important as a customer that needs a repair rather than something new. I have spent too much time trying to get the system fixed and it has taken a lot of frustration for me to write anything but positive reviews about a company/people I like a lot.

This is year number three with our Nautilus pool. It is still beautiful and trouble free. We love it every day. I am so glad that we selected quality, experience and reputation. This narrowed our choices to just a few pool companies. Lynn the sales person listened to us worked with us on design, and just connected. She got us and understood what we wanted

I researched 7 pool companies and selected Nautilus. A+ Experience with every stage of the project. Every Team member was outstanding! Starting with Lynn who patiently walked us through all of our options, Dustin the owner, who was available, kind and went above and beyond. Fred, Maryann and Dana also great as well as all the others on the Nautilus Team. Attentive, Friendly, Communicative and Professional and more.

I cannot thank Nautilus enough for our new pool. Dustin, the owner, and his teams were absolutely awesome. We selected Nautilus based on a solid reputation of high quality and strong customer service. We were not disappointed. We received regular updates by text, and we got a return calls every time we reached out. The crews showed up when they said they would be there and Dustin went out of his way on numerous occasions to meet with us or help us with details that we hadn't thought about or wound up needing after we started. If you are looking for a pool contractor, this is the one to use, based on my family's experience.

We shopped 6 or 7 local pool builders before choosing Nautilus Pools. When we met the owner, Dustin, we knew that his company was the right fit for us. The entire staff has been excellent to work with. They are true professionals whose goal is 100% satisfaction for their customers. We especially want to give a big shout out to the "A Team." Before the pool was started we met our superintendent, Dan, who is an incredible asset to Nautilus Pools.

He knows the building process inside and out and treats the process as if it were his own pool. We were never "out of the loop" with Dan in charge. He always kept us informed and when we needed to call him he either answered his phone or got back to us immediately. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our new pool.

He even initiated a design change that we wanted but didn't think they would be able to accomplish. Because of that small gesture of asking us exactly what we wanted, we truly got the pool of our dreams. We are extremely happy with our beautiful new pool and would highly recommend Nautilus Pools.

I feel we really lucked out by having Nautilus build our pool. They did a spectacular job with great attention to detail and the customer service was superb. The owner of the company, Dustin, could not have been more attentive. I would highly recommend this company. Service: General construction
