William Ostanich and his team at American did an great job building us a pool on budget during the pandemic, when acquiring materials was a huge challenge. Special shout out to foreman Edgar who was very knowledgeable. Our pool was site was challenging and the design complex, but the results are beautiful. Service: General construction

We met and had an extensive meeting at our property. Many details answered and discussed. Said we would receive a quote. Never heard back. Put on extended hold when we called to follow up (since they did not follow up). Not a good feeling about working with them due to this lack of customer service.

These guys are great. After struggling with total knuckleheads (Adow Pools in Stamford) and obnoxious morons (Aquarius Pools in Norwalk) pool service companies, All American came in with competitive prices, and outstanding service. Small leak? problem found and solved in 10 minutes. Paint above the water line needed? Job done within a couple of days at very reasonable cost. Where both other companies hemmed, hawwed, pissed and moaned for months on end. I vote for All American!
