We have spent 15 years saving for a pool. In our wildest dreams, we never thought that the process would be so smooth and painless, nor would our backyard look so beautiful. From our first meeting to the last, we felt like we were in great hands, and would be looked after every step of the way. No detail was overlooked, no problem too big, no request to hard to fill. We hired Marquee during COVID after interviewing 2 other pool builders. We really liked Jim's directness about time, the process and the investment. We knew that things were going to take time and be longer than expected when we started the process and we were OK with this. Marquee's team was always kind, on time and worked hard. We loved having them around and truly missed the team when we were done with our build. Putting in a pool and choosing Marquee has been our best decision ever! This summer (2022) is our first full summer with it and we are enjoying it! We are also using Marquee for our weekly cleaning and pool chemical checks.

Marquee got in over their heads during Covid. My pool took almost a year to arrive and was installed improperly and unlevel. They have refused to do anything about it, won't answer my calls, never gave me the winter cover that was part of the contract, and didn't hook up the control panel properly so I can't adjust chlorination. A year past having my crooked pool installed and they won't respond to anything. Not my first pool install but definitely the worst pool experience I've ever had.

Marquee pools put a new liner in our pool (fantastic job on the liner) and filled it with water! the next day it lost about 10 of water to a leak in the light housing that was not correctly puttied! We called the next morning finally hearing back from the liner installers days later telling us we need a diver, days later after further calls, we lost 12,000 gallons of water ($800), at this point the light was now exposed!
Our pool had less then half its water that was now starting to turn green do to no filtration and sitting for over a week! I myself researched and purchased the correct materials, walked into the pool to the light repaired it and spent another $770.00 to fill the pool, fought the green water color for several days to now having a functioning pool!
What took myself a few hours should have been done by Marquee pools personal within a day or so of us calling them as well as they should have honored their error and filled the pool NOT at our cost! Weeks later they still have not sent anyone out to fix their mistake and or even called to find out what the present condition of the pool is even in! Again great job on the liner, however if anything goes wrong follow up and prompt repair/response are highly lacking!

This company does not respond to your calls. They tell you they are too busy and don't know when they can come. I would have appreciated it if they just told me they could not come and find someone else instead of telling me they will come when they can. The owner is a nice guy but apparently too busy.

Not very responsive. It feels like they have too may customers and are not able to stay on top of them. Their M.O. seems to be you need to hound them to make sure things get done or to find out when they are coming. They are not assertive in communicating to you. I have an au pair and she asks me "when are the pool people coming" and my typical response is, "I don't know - I wish I did." Advice to Marquee - do a better job communicating. Your office process needs thinking through. Also - why not text people instead of just using the phone? When they do come, they do a nice job, and are good guys.

Professional, reliable, knowledgeable! And if someone doesn't have an answer right on the spot rest assured you will be contacted within a timely manner with a solution to pretty much anything! We "inherited" Marquee Pools from the previous owners of our house and couldn't be happier! To top it off: everyone I was on contact with was very friendly!

One of the most unpleasant and disagreeable individuals I have ever tried to have a working relationship with. Jim would not listen to reason and consistently blamed me for a situation that was very much out of my control. I do not recommend that anyone ever consider working with such ill-tempered and mean spirited man.
