I used a builder that a friend recommened and he completly trashed my pool, deck and coping. I had found Scott on Angie's list and he saved my life and pool! It was a desaster but now that Scott and Mike came in I have a beautiful pool that will last as long as I own my home. Thank you Scott and Mike for taking care of me and my pool!

We had a dispute with our pool contractor and Scott was extremely helpful in identifying issues with the scope of work proposed by our contractor. I reached out to over a dozen people for help and Scott was by far the most knowledgeable pool builder I spoke with. If we ever have any problems with our pool, Scott will be the first person I call.

We had CPR complete a full demo of our old pool and construct a new gunite pool with a hot tub. I can't say enough how fantastic the team from CPR was. They communicated throughout the build process and we could not be happier. This was no small undertaking and the quality is above my expectations.every time I looked out the window, I saw the team measuring, checking, and ensuring it was done correctly.
We also added a travertine deck to surround the pool and everyone who has seen it, it amazed by the job. This was not a cheap project, so I can tell you it was worth it.if you are looking for a new pool, please call the team at CPR.

CPR renovated our 20 year old Sylvan pool this summer, restoring it to an aesthetic far greater than what we started with. Scott provided wonderful advice on material choices that would be practical and beautiful. The crews were professional and punctual working 6 long days/week, cleaning the job site daily and performed high quality craftsmanship. Scott was responsive and communicative during the project.
We were most impressed by the scheduling and that once our project started, the teams worked consistently over a 6 week schedule to completion. We had a scope change in the middle of the project which Scott easily accommodated and completed for us at reasonable additional cost. We are now using the company for service and they also recently advised and completed work to our pump. We love the pool service reports we receive after each visit. We could not be happier with our project and highly recommend CPR, Scott Ball and the whole CPR team.

As a realtor, i was recommended his services. I just heard his conversation with my husband and he cut him off and when my husband asked if he could speak, he kept talking. the service summaries we were given weren't accurate as he states their level of service is one way but our summaries are different. do not use them as they write down on paper one thing and verbally something else.

Highly recommended! Pool is looking great now after several other companies said they would come, and never did! CPR came through timely and during high, pool-opening season. Excellent reasonable service with Austin! Priced right and professional, knowledgable and honest! I would recommend you use this company for all of your pool needs big or small! looking forward to a long relationship with this company who goes above and beyond. Matthews, NC

I would not recommend this service. They came told us we needed a new pump motor, then a relay then another motor. Then it was electrical, ps $575. For the motor. Called electrician as they recommended and it was a frozen pump which the electrician fixed for a fee of course. I think a pool service should know what they are doing.
