Larry and Laura Varner are criminals. They took 13,000.00 thousand dollars dug a hole and never came back. They should be put in jail. They are running a big scam, taking people's money and Hernando county is letting them get away with it. Everyone who has had money taken by Larry and Laura Varner without receiving the full service needs to contact the police and file a report. Documentation is the only way we will get justice.

Check out channel 13 news, they did a segment on Larry and Laure Varner. All we can do is stick togather file a police report then go to the Department of Business and Professional Regulations find the complaint section print it fill it out and send it in.

Didn't bother to review this company since our builder used them for their model home...biggest mistake we have EVER made!! Signed contract in February and as of today all we have in a concrete shell full of green water and frogs. We keep getting false promises from the Varner's so we traveled to their establishment to speak with them in person only to find they were evicted!! They are having SERIOUS money problems and should have their licenses revoked ASAP!

Do yourself a favor and use someone else. It has been 9 months since our contract was first signed and we still aren't finished. We have fired them and pulled their permit with the building department and will finish everything ourselves. Nine months and we have seen their employees for a maximum of 4 weeks total. Coping around the pool is sagging, electrical was run through the soffit of the house with no conduit leaving giant fire hazard, still do not have any wire pulled for the pool light and we have no enclosure leaving us at risk. Nothing but empty promises and bad craftsmanship. Go anywhere else to have your pool done.

Liars to the end. Laura and Larry Varner make a living off of lying to home owners to get their money with the delusion of building a quality pool within 4 months... they fast talk you through the contract (which was signed 8/15/15) and don't disclose the page 2... when you read that you know you are held hostage. We are now 7 months in and 24k out of pocket.

This is a criminal issue I have paid him for services/products and yet nothing has been installed or completed as of March 11. 2016. I have a concrete she'll with coping, seat on the wrong side of the pool, footers in the wrong place ... no end in sight. Maybe news worthy? There are enough of us that have been hurt and lied to by Larry and Laura Varner with Anchor Pools Inc Spring Hill!

They will not answer the phone unless I call from another number. $34,000 paid so far and a month past promised date. Larry and Laura lie. They will not supply my equipment which is paid for, no screen enclosure. Pure fraud scam artists.
