Dirty pools, rude lifeguards and karen supervisors i Can Guarantee they ask their employees to give the company a 5 star rating ( they told me at driving school if I give them a 5 star rating they give me 10 points on my test and it's a lot of kids rating it 5 stars ) because if you ever had experience with this company I can guarantee there is nothing 5 star about this company

Loved working with A-Beautiful Pools. Nick made it easy for us. We just sat back and watched. If you're looking to build, I highly recommend A-Beautiful.

Update 5/7: ZERO star. Day 1 of the supposedly pool reopen at Jordan Ranch (JR) and this pool company did not do its job. Johnson development has chosen to use this company for its community. Why? The lack of resident focused or community-well being initiatives is appalling. Johnson's choice of property mgmt company, pool company and landscape mgmt company is abysmal.

The presence of a 'farm' and 'fun Director' is a high-maintenance marketing gimmick. Bottom line: Poor selection of service providers being paid with HoA funds collected in the form of fees. It is a financial loss for the HoA fee paying residents. Out of the (180days) Texas summer, the developer has the pool scheduled to function for about ~70 days. Ofcourse, out of the 70 days, 10-20% will be lost to pool closures due to maintenance issues, lightening/thunder and lifeguard unavailability.

This leaves residents with maybe ~45days. Let's talk the allowed timings during these few days. The timings are from 10am to 8pm. so children/adults/seniors can all go and roast in the hot sun and burn our feet in the flooring that surrounds the pool. The pool is never clean and ready. The need for lifeguards is probably to reduce insurance fees. If it is the case, then residents should be allowed to see the math. Right?

No transparency. The annual board meeting is a joke, during which no questions/comments are to be asked to the board (majority of members from Johnson development or other company working for Johnson). Coming back to the topic of pool, how does Elyson community by Newland development have a year-round pool house with swim at your own risk and a gate guard on duty May to September.

The shocker is that the Elyson pool is also managed/maintained by the same company A-Beautiful Pools. Also, the recent 5star reviews happened 3months ago. if those are true, then it must be from the community that has a better program with this pool company (like Elyson) and also all year access to using a pool they maintain. July 2021: Having moved from another community to Jordan Ranch recently, I am appalled by the poor to no maintenance of the pool here.

This is the company our HOA chose for pool maintenance, and it's abysmal. The 'lazy river' is more like a dirty river here. The supposed attraction for new buyers is on it's way to becoming a sad feature due to lack of care and cleanliness. The need for a lifeguard seems a bit too much. They are most times a nuisance - allowing friends to come in and cause safety concerns by acting rowdy.

And heaven forbid you want to have a pool party, then one has to be ready to shell out ~$400 for two hours. It is quite disappointing that out of all the vendors that our HOA could have picked to help maintain the pool, it had to be this company. There is good service and then at least a professional response + significant positive change after customer feedback, this company lacks both.

So here we are, a bunch of residents, hoping our public comments will help drive some impactful outcome for the betterment of us (the customers who pay for the facility upkeep).

THE BEST! I don't say this lightly either. They are the very best lifeguard/ pool company in the Houston area. They care about the residents and lifeguards and the pools are always crystal clear! Thank you so much! Keep up the good work y'all!

Not sure what else we can say or do to motivate this company to fix their problems. Our HOA hired them to provide lifeguard and pool cleaning services for our Jordan Ranch community pool, and they have failed miserably on both. There seems to be problem after problem. Don't waste your money on this company. Lifeguards seem to look for ways to maximize their break time at the expense of resident enjoyment.

Some lifeguards are friendly, but most come across as being inconvenienced to have a job. I've never seen a lifeguard clean anything, and maybe that is not in their job description, but there is no excuse for the pool to be filthy all the time. Either the lifeguards need to be cleaning the pool, or A-Beautiful pools needs to SIGNIFICANTLY supplement their cleaning strategy because it isn't working.

A-beautiful pools shouldn't even be in business at this point. This company services my neighborhood pool in Jordan Ranch and year after year and email after email, request after request, they refuse to keep our pool clean. Us residents pay a lot of money in HOA fees and look forward to the short pool season we have and it's constantly ruined by the cleanliness of the pool and lack of respect from the lifeguards that are also a part of the problem. Hiring or contracting this company is the highest mistake you can possibly make when caring for your expensive pool.

Our pool in Jordan Ranch is a absolute joke! It is never clean and filled with bugs, dirt, and god knows what else. We pay a premium to live in a nice neighborhood only for the pool to be ran by a joke pool company. Took my 3 year old in the lazy River and slugs were all over the side. Disgusting. Would you want your kid swimming in that? My guess would be no. Why be closed on Monday for "cleaning" if no cleaning is actually being done?

This company has been hired to clean and place lifeguards at our pool in Jordan Ranch, they are an absolute failure. Our pool is never clean and they don't respond to request. They are taking our hard earned money, paying a few kids to show up and stand watch. We attempted to reach out on their Facebook page as a community but they refused to answer questions and actually deleted comments and posts. We have pictures of them pouring, what looks like bleach in our lazy river. If you are thinking about using this company. don't!

A Beautiful Pools hosts our school's end of the year swim party. Our kiddos always have a blast. The pool party is always one of the top memories students have of the school year. As a teacher, I know the the pool will be clean and the kids will be safe. The lifeguards are attentive and professional. They always give a safety meeting before the kids are allowed in the pool.

They are always alert and focused on keeping everyone safe so everyone can have fun. Heather Dominy and her staff at A Beautiful Pools are the BEST! Thanks A Beautiful Pools for all you do for our school and students.
