Your Cost Plus pool and spa construction cost estimates were most descriptive in helping us to decide on the type and extent of the work we wanted done in our backyard. It was very gratifying to see that there were no extreme differences between your budgeted costs and our actual costs of equipment and construction. In fact, the actual total construction cost plus the tax was $3,200 less than what was originally projected.
