We wanted to let you and your staff know how much we love our Eco Pool. We talked to many pool companies and Ronnie came with a fresh and unique approach. It all just makes sense. We have owned 3 pools in the past, this is our first Dolphin Pool and it is amazing. Thank You.

Seems crazy that anyone would buy anything less than an ECO-smart Pool. Our pool was completed in April and has been a breeze to maintain and care for, our neighbors saved a little money but they are sure regretting thier decision now. Thank you Kevin for explaining everything to us in such great and understandable detail. We also appreciate all the time you spent on getting this just right for us. Dolphin Pools ROCKS!

Still have had zero follow up or response to my review over 3 months ago. After reaching out to the warranty company and being told "here's how you troubleshoot so we don't have to send someone out- let us know if it doesn't work". Just really disappointed

Deanna Johnson is amazing to work with, love her personality! She pays attention to details and has great designs!

We could not be happier with our new pool. Joe Warren was my design guy and was literally the only one that gave me exactly what I asked for. Garrett and the rest of the crew kept me updated on progress and the pool was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, there were delays with the times we live in, but they always let me know what was going on.

The finished product came out absolutely gorgeous! There were a couple minor items that had to be addressed by the warranty department, but nothing out of the ordinary. They were very responsive and took care of any issues right away. I highly recommend Dolphin if you are considering a pool. We have friends using other companies that began before us and are nowhere near completion. I know we made the right choice!

I think Katie Crofoot has to win some sort of award for the quickest response and turnaround in history! I received my permits at 3:33 pm on Monday, by 4:16 pm I had an email from Katie not only explaining the next steps of the process but scheduling for the next day! Not sure how she made that happen so late in the day but she did and I am really grateful to her and the rest of the Dolphin team for being with me every step of the way!

It was time to research pool companies for my new home in Arizona. My first call was to Dolphin Pools, I spoke with Cheryl and immediately felt comfortable asking questions. She listened to my vision and reviewed pool packages that would fit my budget. I called other pool companies, and it couldn't compare to the knowledge and friendliness Cheryl provided. I was assigned a Designer and will be meeting with him next week. Very excited to begin the pool building journey with Dolphin Pools!

Overall Dolphin Pools are very well built, For the most part there were very little delays. I guess what I would feel is the project manager would be better at communication I felt a lot of delays and attention to details were lacking on his part. Lot of the time I was constantly contacting him regarding things not getting completed correctly mainly because he was sending out the crew and they were either not finishing the job correctly and leaving behind clean up issues and he was nowhere to found and never check there work, and would not call you back.

But everything was done and constructed very well. Even the City inspector was very impressed and passing inspections was never a problem. I am very glad I went with a salt system because I never have any chemical issue. Its now been a full year and I am still enjoying the pool. Never have any issues its basically maintenance free if you keep up on your weekly check, clean your salt cell and filter as scheduled. I finished the landscaping myself but I posted beginning to End pictures of the entire project. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Dolphin really came through with a phenomenal design. Our project specialist Dustin Parker designed our pool so beautifully and never applied pressure on us to get the pool with them. He was very honest from the get go on the time frame to build a pool and the impact COVID had on pricing. All in all, it took 10 months to complete the job. This was from when we signed contracts.

The lengthy process was waiting for excavation which took about 5 months to begin. However, after that was completed everything went by sooooo fast. Dolphin does a great job assigning people along the way that will help u with the building process. They have someone for every phase of the pool building and they do a great job introducing them to you.

I loved that they had a constant communication with us via email and would answer our questions in a timely manner. We did go through a few superintendents throughout the process but our last guy Tim Abeyta was exceptional. He had great communication with us and was constantly going to our house to make sure the work was being done correctly. He even sent the tile people back to re caulk because it was not up to his satisfaction.

If you are considering building a pool reach out to Dolphin. They are well priced. Have a great warranty on their pools and the structure and you can trust that they will be there with you and for you throughout the entire process.

The home we purchased has a Dolphin installed pool. Which is way awesome by the way! Twice in the last two years I needed referrals to some service people and some info on the equipment. Even though I wasn't spending any more money with them, both times they went out of their way to return my calls (who does that anymore?) and get me the info I needed. Thanks today to Maria P. in the warranty dept. If this service is any indication of how they treat all their customers you're in good hands!

My husband and I have recently relocated and purchased a home and knew we had to get the backyard landscaped. I suggested a pool (a must have for AZ) My first calls were to a couple of well-known pool companies in the area. They treated me like I had to sell myself for them even to consider building my pool? They had a minimum dollar amount needed for me to spend before they would assign a Designer.

It felt very pretentious. Then I called Dolphin Pools and spoke with Cheryl. Her first words were, "Congratulations on your new home!" She answered all my questions and helped me feel secure with the idea of building a pool. She also helped me navigate the website and explained terms I was uncertain of without acting put-off by my numerous questions. I'm looking forward to working with our Designer in the next month and knowing that I am working with people that genuinely care!

Made an appointment several weeks ago. They never bothered to confirm the appointment other than the original email. I called the morning of to confirm. They said oh yeah he's on his way he will be early. He didn't show up, didn't call me, nothing. Then he emails me the next day blaming his assistant. Someone had recommended this company and even though it had terrible reviews I wanted to give them the opportunity to earn my project business due to that referral. Sadly you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. Do you research. This company has multiple complaints with the ROC and multiple complaints with the BBB.

I want to thank Cheryl and Gina at Dolphin Pools for having a great attitude everytime I come into the office! They are a real professionals and makes building a pool fun!

After previewing a couple different pool builders, we decided to build a pool with Dolphin Pools. We met with DJ, who helped us design exactly what we wanted. The pricing was affordable and designed just as well or even better than what other pool companies had offered us. Doug is our contractor and has been very helpful. We haven't had any issues with our pool build.

He was very honest from the beginning about the timing of each phase. I would rather have them take their time and get it done properly than to rush through. My friend went with a different pool company and now are having major difficulties with their brand new pool because they rushed through to get the "next job". Thank you DJ and Doug for making this pool building process easy and understandable. My husband and I do not have to worry about anything! I highly recommend Dolphin Pools.

This may be my third review because we have built 3 Dolphin Pools. We knew going in, there could be some delays and unexpected snags due to the crazy pandemic. Joe designed a beautiful pool. It turned out exactly how we envisioned it. Maria P. is an absolutely gem and made sure our experience was the best it could be.

Our experience with Dolphin pools and their professional crew has been nothing but flawless! From the moment we met with our sales rep Dustin through the end working with Jake W.! We were kept in the loop, given very real expectations and always updated if there was going to be a delay. Many things are out of a company's control these days. but the constant communication and response time for questions made the entire experience amazing! Thank you Jake, Dustin and the entire Dolphin family! We are over the moon with our new backyard oasis!

From start to finish, Dolphin exceeded my expectations, Tony did a great job introducing us to the process and designing our dream pool. Jake, our superintendent was amazing, from his professionalism to communication and delivery, he exceeded my expectations. I thinks its important when building a pool to have realistic expectations. I expected it to be stressful but I am happy to say this was anything but, they kept me up to date the entire process of the build.

As soon as I was wondering if I would hear an update, I did. Overall, Dolphin delivered on our dream pool. Thank you Jake, Carla and team, this pool will give myself and family summer fun for years to come. THANK YOU!

I am really sorry I used this company. I gave it 2 stars since out of the many people I had to deal with only 2 were competent. Pool was supposed to take 6 months. Almost done after 10 months. They don't have their own people so everything is contracted out and they don't care if things are done right or on time. After 10 months the pool part is done, but now they refuse to clean up properly costing me more $$$.

They left my water sprayers floating in mid space also costing more $$$ to put pavers around them. Sales person had no idea what he was doing and would promise one thing on one meeting and the next he would say he never said that. If you have a choice, use a different builder!

Horrible customer service, job is complete but highly recommended going elsewher.

Had our pool built back in December of 2018. While no construction process ever goes perfectly I was very happy with the professionalism displayed by everyone we worked with at Dolphin. The reason I'm writing this now is for the follow up problems that have come up over the last couple of years. Nothing lasts forever and things will always need to be repaired or replaced.

That being said, every time I contacted Dolphin over the past 3 years with a problem (sometimes caused by me) they were quick to get back to me and quick to make things right. Highly recommend Dolphin for your pool project.

I'm currently shopping around to get some ideas for our future pool. We're not yet ready to start the process so when I went into Dolphin the other day I wasn't expecting much since we're not ready to put money down yet. I was pleasantly surprised by the front desk lady, Regina, who went above and beyond to help me out. She was very attentive and didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time like other places I've visited. We're definitely going to keep Dolphin in mind when we're ready!

Sales, Installation, and Design are Great, Warranty Department is horrible. Pool controls stopped working the pool is still under warranty and their response after an email that I sent because they did not return my phone call for days, is for me to call the manufacturer (Hayward) myself for a pool that they installed less than 3 years ago. They will get no further business from me.

I contacted Dolphin Pools in September (2021) and spoke to Deanna who would become our sales advisor. Deanna came out to our house in Mesa and gave us recommendations on location, size, etc of the pool. We also went over what the price for the package would be (around $38,000), however, we wanted to add a water feature. On October 2nd, I sent over photos of water features I wanted and was told Deanna would get a concrete final price of everything included.

On October 7th, I was the one to follow up with her to see if she had pricing, and was told because of 4 employees tested positive for covid, all employees had to take a "mandatory vacation". On October 12th I received a call to tell me that if I don't sign a contract by October 17th, the base price was going to increase by $3,000. I still had not received the original quote that had been requested on October 7th.

I asked Deanna to give me a final price asap so I could make a decision before the price increase on the 17th. Now it is the 17th and it took me reaching out to Deanna to see what the price was going to be, and she said the price is going to increase and because I didn't want to pay anything more than what was originally quoted and agreed upon, she wasn't going to reach back out.

What type of business quotes someone a price, then holds out weeks to give them a final contract, then strong arms them into a higher price. I should have listened to the prior yelp reviews before contacting them, and in the end, is probably a good thing this fell through.

I don't like to give bad reviews but if you are in the market to have a pool put in do not use this company. They didn't tell us about a possible hard dig which cost us an extra $5,000. Plus once the pool was completed they did not stand behind their work and after just a year the tile is falling off and they want to blame us for it!

When you spend upto 100k dollars on a pool system you expect the best customer service and warranty. Dolphin pools failed miserably. They should know better that pool equipment is outdoor and open to elements which can led to damage, they did not put the best people and material and it failed. On calling them they refused to fix under warranty. This is not what I paid for and expected from their customer service and warranty. Will never recommend. If this is what you get for high end pools, less costly ones don't stand a chance.

Do not use this company. They are terrible at responding. Our pool leveling system has not worked for over two months and they are not fixing the problem. I never write reviews but this is ridiculous! I will never use this company again. The pool is beautiful but there is a leak, the water won't stay leveled, it's too high or too low. Someone came out, dug a hole in my yard and left it.

I don't know why the hole was dug and neither did the "supervisor". Then the pool level was way too high and they said that was normal. I feel like they don't want to do their job and keep blowing smoke. Just terrible customer service!

We thought Craig was a super nice guy when dealing with him at first. He got us back a rendering very quickly, but there were a few things that we asked for that weren't included and few things we didn't want in them. It wasn't that big of deal at that point but it was obvious he didn't care about our project. A short time after we were searching pool designs on Google and found one we loved.

I apologized for doing a 180 on him but asked if it was something he could do. He replied yes but wondered why since his last rendering was too expensive. I had never mentioned money to him at that point. From there he strung us along for a month and never answered any of my emails until today. His email was very passive aggressive and he said that he already spent enough time on our project and wouldn't spend anymore.

He told us good luck and to use a different pool company. I'm sure Dolphin is a good company as long as you go with whatever they say you should have and don't try to change anything. Everyone is wanting pools right now so I'm sure this review won't have any affect on anything but I couldn't just not say anything. Hopefully this helps some people when they are making their backyard pool decisions.

Overall, I am currently disappointed in Dolphin Pools. I am currently, in the construction phase of my pool and the whole project has not gone smoothly. At the beginning the salesman was responsive and helpful however, once I signed the contract and put money down everything changed. It took over a month for the salesman to respond to my multiple texts and questions.

Eventually once construction began I received one confirmation call about excavation only for the date to be completely wrong and the excavation team did not show up either day they were scheduled to. The company does not provide customer service or helpful time frames to assist you. Instead, I have constantly had to reach out to receive any timeframe updates and to confirm payment schedule.

The only silver lining is my project manager does respond but the rest of the staff is not helpful. If I would have known this would have been the service provided, I would never had considered Dolphin Pools. I will update this review after full completion if anything improves.

Just wanted to share our experience with Dolphin Pools. We are five years in, the pool has been GREAT! Great design, an upgraded transformation of our property. A wonderful centerpiece for entertaining. If anyone tells you a pool doesn't add value they are just flat out wrong. Dolphin has stood behind their product from the beginning and addressed our concerns in a timely manner.

I would give them Zero stars if it were an option. Had to contact them via email and phone to setup a consultation. Somebody called me and sent me a credit application without giving me any other information on work or plans. I called back to try to schedule a visit because I didn't want to fill out application without knowing what plans would be.

I told the guy I was undecided if I wanted to pay upfront or finance. He then "move me to front of the list" and scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 1pm. I left work early and waited for him to show up. NO CALL NO SHOW. How professional and what a great impression to make. I would stay away, I guess all the other reviews are true as well.

Updating my review as we completed construction and we love the pool. end project great but they could be a bit more transparent with schedule as timelines they give were not kept. They seem to have a ton of pools going on at once which likely doesn't help. We did receive an apology and a visit from the owner in person after all was said and done.

We find that rare and gives us a reason to increase our star count. Customer service can go a long way. We are hopeful that the quality speaks for itself but its still just new so if I don't update this it means all is working well and the end result was worth the wait.

The customer service at Dolphin Pools is absolutely abysmal. Never have I experienced such defensive and unhelpful people in my life. Every subcontractor caused damage to our property - broke our concrete, broke our sewage line, and left the gate open so our dogs could get out. There is not one point of contact to answer questions. Instead, customers are asked to track their staff down to coordinate the project.

When feedback was shared that we were unhappy, every excuse in the book was thrown out as to why they can't be held accountable to not following through on their brand promise. If you are looking for an easy company to do business with, I definitely recommend looking elsewhere. This is not been a good experience at all! 1/10 do not recommend.

Thank you Dolphin Pools for my beautiful backyard. It was a great experience. My designer Joe had great suggestions and my construction superintendent Wes was very responsive and on schedule. I would highly recommend the in-floor cleaning system as it makes cleaning a breeze. The travertine, Boulevard white, was a nice touch of elegance around the pool and patio, as was the turf they installed. Even the inspector was impressed and said DP makes a great pool! I highly recommend. And yes they have very competitive prices!

After writing my original review, a Dolphin higher-up reached out to me to try and make things right. We may or may not have been moved up the schedule a little bit and they completed the pool on January 13, 2021. So, just under 5.5 months total. Definitely longer than expected but we are happy with the end result as it looks very nice and we did not have to spend a lot on upgrades for that to be the case.

The higher-up that reached out to me was very nice and genuinely seemed to care about our concerns. That was very helpful. They also offered solutions which I didn't feel I was getting previously. So, between the end result, Dolphin trying to make us feel like valued customers (once we complained), and the fact that we did not fail one inspection, I am happy to make their rating a 4.

They don't deserve 5 because all of the complaints in my previous review were true and some of their subcontractors (such as paver layers) were sloppy. However, still very happy with our pool and the end result. I really hope they are good on their warranties. Although, hopefully we won't even have to deal with that. So, would I recommend them to someone? Yes, BUT I would warn them about delays and needing to reach someone higher up to get your issues resolved. *Note Dolphin did not do our other landscaping. Just the pool and the 12 travertine coping immediately surrounding the pool.

The salesman, Dustin, did an incredible job turning my vision into the perfect desert oasis. It turned out even better than I could have imagined! Even with some unavoidable delays due to the Covid pandemic and high worker demand, Dolphin staff Kyle and Carla worked hard to coordinate the crews to ensure that our pool was finished in time for our grandkids to enjoy our pool during their visit to Arizona.

After the pool was built, Jim Kramer did a great job showing us how to use the equipment and promptly fixed all minor warranty problems. I highly recommend Dolphin Pool Construction.

Seems odd that they spend a lot of money on marketing. I contacted them over three weeks ago and after my second request finally was asked via email to send in a plot plan of my property and NEVER heard back. Two weeks later and multiple emails and phone calls later they don't even bother to respond. Doesn't even seem like they are serious about being in the pool business. Too many warning signs. Documentation of communication below. Company's response is very misleading!

I wanted thank Dolphin Pools for doing such a great job on the construction of my backyard pool. They were professional and paid great attention to detail and follow up for me. I had a very positive experience with them. I highly recommend them as a friend had recommended them to me.

Don't do it! Dolphin Pools installed our pool (along with their many subcontractors which was a nightmare) 3-4 years ago. It looked beautiful at first and we were so proud to have others over in our backyard. That changed quickly. A section of the pool decking began to sink, lifting on the other end and causing a large section of it to begin to crack.

They sent their subcontractor out 3 different times to attempt to repair. It's never been right. Eventually, other areas of the pool decking have begun to separate from each other, and even the pool in a couple of spots. It looks so horrible, I am embarrassed. We just learned that due to poor design and preparation, the corner of our home near the sinking section has also been sinking and we just had to pay $7,000 to have our foundation repaired.

Never again. I am so disappointed. Definitely do not recommend. UPDATE AND RESPONSE: Yes, you did send someone out after my review was posted and offered to fix it if we paid more money, not happening, but i want to be clear when I say that our deck has had large cracks and lifting from the very beginning so blaming it on our recent foundation issues is not appropriate.

We called 3 times shortly after our pool was built when large separation began to occur, resulting in 3 failed attempts to make it level again. It will never be right unless we rip it out and start over with a qualified company that makes things right. Still wouldn't recommend.

Several years ago We built a home acting as our own contractor. It was less stressful than working with Dolphin Pool. Dustin in design was fabulous. He listened to what I wanted and made it come to life. Their price is excellent. But be aware. Most portions of the pool are completed by sub contractors. We had issues with them. Constant no call no shows.

The sub contractors tore down a gate way for no reason but laziness ( Dolphin did replace the gate and fence but the mess was there for months.). Dolphin seems to have no control over what the sub contractors do so your at their whim. For me this was an extremely stressful process. Despite explaining over and over I work nights and needed to be told if they are not coming NOT once did it happen with out me calling and not once was it before 1 or 2 in the afternoon.

So great conception. Great cost. Lengthy and stressful. Have realistic expectations going in. Update. So I had a Warrenty issue with my salt cell. I will say that we had issues but ultimately My pool was fixed and I received a nice call from one of the owners ( a woman). All in all I have a beautiful pool at a decent price. Some headaches but perhaps in todays world you need to realize everything can be a headache but the final product is what is truly important.

Still waiting for my wall to be fixed. The brick that was supposedly back ordered is exactly the same brick that you can find in any home improvement store and I know this because it is a gray one- not the tan color that is in my wall. I realize it's still would have needed to be painted but at least a tan brick would have been closer to the actual color. now 3 weeks have gone by since they finally replaced that one block and they still haven't matched the pain.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Chris Celio. Chris was our sales guy but felt more like a friend after a few visits discussing our new pool. Chris seemed to really grasp what we were wanting and we were happy with our design. Construction of our pool went seamlessly and we couldn't have asked for a better superintendent like Wes. He was out almost every time a crew was at our home and constantly communicated with us about status.

Our start up guy came out and walked us through how to use all of our equipment which was helpful because we had no idea what we were doing. We have already recommended Dolphin to our neighbors in our new community and look forward to the weather warming up so we can swim! Thank you everyone at Dolphin Pools. - The Lewis Family.

I interview 3 pool companies and received different designs and prices. I decided to go with Dolphin pools and worked with Craig McClellan who was able to give me the best price for the design I dreamed off. He was even able to accommodate the water features I had found. Craig's communication was excellent and followed through with Dave Kardian the construction supervisor. Dave was very detailed about what would be happening and when.

I was out of town when the pool was finished and filled but Dave sent me pictures. The same with my landscaper as I was out of town when they did the work. It was wonderful to come home after being gone a month and see everything completed. Thank you so much, David Berger
