Dan, I know that I can say from Jason and myself that it has truly been a pleasure to work with you and Robert. We could tell that throughout the process you truly cared about us and about what we were looking to accomplish with our pool. We can't thank you enough because the pool and spa are beautiful! We will definitely recommend you to anyone that is looking to build a pool! Thank you again for all that you did for us!

We hired this company to install a pool with the same feature as an endless pool, where we can have the current resistance to swim against, since our yard is small and we wanted to get the most out of our pool. We were told they've done this kind of work before and the sales agent/designer even had the nerve to say that their system was better than an endless pool.
We've had 2 Endless Pools, so we know what to expect. First, they never answered our questions about the timeline of our pool (even tho their website declares that they give you a timeline). It took them 11months to get the pool in and then they kept having to try to make it work right. Second, they showed up not only without letting us know, but would just go into the backyard whenever they felt like it.
No courtesy of ringing your doorbell to let you know they were there.which would be not only the right thing to do, but since we have dogs, it's the safest thing they should have done. Third, their "swim jets" do not work. They did not design it correctly so now their swim jets would only possibly work for a small child. We take 3 strokes and hit the pool side.
After all this time they have never answered our continued question of who was their project manager and could we get a timeline. They have always ignored our requests.until the last 3 months of the project when we met someone in the company who actually knew what he was talking about and did what he could to make some mistakes corrected and was working on getting the swim jets to work correctly.
He has now sadly passed away and I think we are stuck with having paid this company for something that we will never receive. If I were to do this again, I would definitely ask for their referrals and references from other customers. It would have saved us a lot of time, headache, heartache and severe disappointment. Since they installed our swim jet system, I have asked numerous times for the names and phone numbers of their satisfied customers that they say they have with their swim jets.
