*updating review* lots of issues with customers service over the phone, but went into store and had exceptional service and was sold a pool liner in a pinch. happy with my service i was provided.

Such a great hot tub buying experience! I love supporting local businesses, and this was one of the best experiences. Everyone is very knowledgeable, very kind, helpful and went above and beyond to deliver our hot tub in an extremely timely manner! I would highly recommend Splashtime Pools and Spa's!

What a AWESOME place. Very knowledgeable employees who took their time to explain and demonstrate all the options of the hot tub we bought. The delivery was flawless and they waited for the tub to fill to start it up and make sure there were no issues. We are so happy we decided to shop and buy local. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

I would not recommend hiring this company to perform a pool inspection if you have any sort of timeframe that you have to abide by per your housing contract. We were strung along by this company for over a week which resulted in us being in violation of our contract and having to scramble to find a different company to perform the inspection. We were upfront when we hired them that we needed this inspection done within a certain timeframe and they assured us that it was a possibility and that we were on the schedule for the following week.

I followed up several times for an update only to be informed well over a week into this process that the staff couldn't get a hold of the manager and that it would be performed sometime in the "future." Such a shame as we had high hopes for a positive experience with this company.

Splashtme pools installed our in ground pool and we couldn't be happier! Dan and Angie and their entire team were a pleasure to work with every step of the way! Knowledgeable, competent and kind- true pros! Can't thank them enough for making our family's dream a reality and such a wonderful experience start to finish!

We have never had a hot tub before and the experience we had with Splashtime made it feel so easy and not overwhelming! We absolutely love our hot tub and would definitely recommend Splashtime as they were excellent through the whole process!

Incredibly rude. I called to inquire about pool installation and the woman laughed at me and asked why would I expect them to install a pool that I didn't purchase from them? I don't know maybe because your name is pool Dr. and I have a pool left in pieces in my yard from handy.com contractors. I was treated like I was an idiot for thinking that they might have an option for installation services without a purchase of their pools. Change your company name and your attitude while you're at it.

They certainly seem to know their stuff here. We just got a small hot tub which is doing a great deal to help my new knees recover. But we kind of just filled it with water and threw some chlorine in and hoped for the best. So we have had some issues and when we brought the water sample to this place they immediately ran it through their machines and told us exactly what we needed to correct the issues that we were having.

They are very kind and polite and very efficient. They have everything in stock that they recommend and welcome you to return at any time with a water sample for further testing. This is definitely the place to come if you have a spa or a pool and want professional help to solve your problems.

The staff at Splashtime Pools are very nice. I have been going to them for 2 years now to have my pool water tested. They have been very helpful to me as I have little to no experience with maintaining a pool. The ladies behind the counter are always pleasant and helpful.

We have bought two pools from these guys, an aboveground years and years ago and an in-ground pool for our present home. We went with them for the second pool because we had remembered how good the service was for the first pool, two years in with the second pool we can only say that the service is just as good now and we love the 2nd pool they put in for us. It's hard to think of other examples of companies providing consistently good service over decades of time but that's what Pool Doctor has provided for us.

I've HAD it w pool companies. This one in particular. They opened our pool when we first bought our home, and didn't know anything about pools. For $400 they took off the cover, dumped some Algecide in it, and turned on the pump. I was asking questions to the guys, so i could learn what the process was, and they couldn't be bothered.

That was the first & last time I ever paid someone to do that. Recently, I called them regarding our underwater light fixture. I was just trying to see what measurement I needed for a 10" niche. The woman on the phone was SO completely unhelpful. She threw a bunch of questions back at me, like I wouldn't know the answers. Yes. It's 120V, the niche is 10", we have the metal ring, etc. the then proceeded to tell me, they don't make lights w cords less than 25'. Wrong.

Then told me, there's definitely a leak in our niche. Wrong again. ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS WHAT SIZE LAMP DO I NEED FOR A 10" NICHE! Well, guess what lady. Amazon has lots of pool lights. And I found one that fits like a glove, w a 15' cord, that fits into our ring. So, thanks for nothing. Again.

Ron came and sealed the leak and we haven't lost any water in 2 days. Thanks for the great service Ron and Deb m. You saved the pool season!

This is not a store just to purchase pool/spa equipment and chemicals. These employees are real professionals that are experts in their field. They know all the equipment and how to maintaining amazing water quality in your pool or spa. I've been blown away by how they have helped me with my pool maintenance and equipment repairs. I have saved so much money by the Pool Doctor professionals teaching me how to repair my old equipment rather than trying to sell me new products. Best service and best products.

They are great! Bought a house with a hot tub and they have certainly been there to walk us through all the things we need to do and what we need to know. Tawni is awesome and knows so much. We're finally getting the hang of water testing thanks to her and her funny encouragement when we bring in a sample that's pretty good. She's our spa water cheerleader!

Free spa water testing is a bonus and worth the drive from North Kingstown to Coventry. Never felt like they were trying to sell us chemicals that we didn't need. There may be other companies out there that are just as good, but I'm perfectly happy with Pool Doctor and I will continue to use them as my go-to hot tub fixers.

Splashtime Pools is fantastic! Their owner and repair service was great and understood my urgent matter and was able to come out the next day and fix my pool. They were fair and reasonably priced and everyone worked as a team to get the job done right - the owner, repairmen and girls in the office were great. Definitely recommend and will be using them again. Thank you.

Yes, the wonderful people of this company are definitely Pool Doctors -- they resuscitated our above ground pool from a swamp to a sparkling blue oasis. But I'd have to say that Deb, who co-owns the business wth her husband, is more of my pool Fairy Godmother. After inheriting this pool with our new home and feeling quite overwhelmed (and needing some tough fixes to the pool itself), I was so thankful to meet Deb. She's been so helpful, kind and patient, and frankly without her I would have left the pool a pond! Many, many thanks to Deb and the entire Pool Doctor crew for saving our summer!

Splashtime pools and spas is the best place around for pools, hot tubs and supplies. The selection service and staff are exceptional. They are very knowledgeable about their products and are always so helpful when I stop in. With being a new hot tub owner there was more to it than just setting it up and enjoying it. Dan and Angie at Splashtime have gone out of their way to make sure we understand how to care for our new spa and even followed up with us a few months after set-up to make sure things were going well. A year later I still feel like a valued customer and wouldn't go anywhere else for my pool and spa needs!

Pool Doctor has been around as long as I can remember, the location is great for all the pool owners of that side of Coventry : They have everything to maintain your pool, along with accessories and they test your water for free which is nice. The print out directions are real easy to follow and the staff is patient and answer my million questions. Overall I highly recommend this pool store!
