My husband and I wanted a jacuzzi but everyone was either sold out or it takes 8 weeks for it to come in. I am a very impatient person. I called Aquaduck pool and spa and spoke to Natalie who was so helpful. We set up a time and day for us to go look at their selection. She accommodated us and scheduled us for the following day. Over an e-mail she had an idea of what I was looking for, so I was sent some pictures and a link to the jacuzzi that might fit our needs.
When we walked in we were greeted and helped right away. The picture she sent to me ended up being the jacuzzi we went with. Due to my husband and my schedule, we agreed that 4 days from day of purchase they would deliver. I was so excited! On the 3rd day I received a call from James asking if I wanted it delivered in the next hour. Well. for a very impatient person, I jumped on it. "YES!
Of course! " He was at my house an hour later to deliver and set up. He was very informative and explained to me all the instructions I would need to get it running. Since then it has been a little over a day and we have been in it 3 times already. It's perfect! Thank you to Aquaduck pool and spas for a pleasant experience.

Very nice people to talk to, have not decided on what brand to purchase yet, still in the learning process and there is a lot to learn and to be beware out there. For the amount of money involved I am going slow with my decision on the final brand selection and business to buy from, but I felt comfortable with these folks and there product. Maybe they will offer me a good deal when I return for second look. Lol

In the fall of 2016, I hired Aquidneck Pools and Spas to winterize my spa. They pumped out the water and added antifreeze. in June, I attempted to re-commission the spa. The spa leaked water from underneath. I removed the panel to find that one pipe was broken in two different spots; clearly it had frozen over the winter. I called them and asked to have someone come and fix the problem.
They returned my call to tell me that they don't service my brand of spa and hence wouldn't be able to fix it. They offered no solutions to my problem. I told them that I was disappointed that they never told me that they didn't service my brand of spa as had I known that I would not have had them winterize it. Now it would seem to me that because they winterized the spa, they should have some responsibility for the work they performed.
Instead they have taken no responsibility and have refused to even look at the damage. Because of their lack of follow up, it seems that others should be careful in dealing with this company. I would not recommend them. Bill Toohey, Bristol

We bought a Caldera hot tub from Aquidneck Pools and Spas over 2 years ago. We got a very fair price, and the service was great! They set it up, attached the cover lifter, and answered all our questions. It uses spa frog cartridges, and we spend maybe 10 minutes a month testing, and making minor adjustments the water. It's very easy to take care of, and we've had lots of enjoyment out of it!
