Paragon Pools

These are really great people to deal with, no haggling price and beautiful work. It was nice to see such workmanship and courteous service in this day and time. Job was done on time and no additions to price. Thanks Joe for holding up your word.

We had a new pool and spa installed in our house this summer. Joe and Joey were very helpful throughout the entire process, and the pool looks great! Any issues were handled professionally and promptly, and we are very much looking forward to enjoying our new pool!

We had an appointment for an estimate and they called 5 min before the appointment saying they'd be 30 - 45min. Late. We were having to take off work to meet them. We told them that time would not work us, and this guy said we'll, then call someone else! Can the be any more rude and disrespectful of people's time? Will never ever recommend anyone call them for a pool. They missed out on 150K budget!

I can only assume the son learned to lie from his father. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. If I asked a question I was lied to, if I made a comment, I was lied to, if I called the office I was lied to. If you use these guys they will lie to you too. Brad Cartwright 702 704 3242 Las Vegas

We hired Joe to design and build our dream backyard, pool, spa and entire back yard. We visited Joe's offices about 8 times to revise our design using the latest virtual software that let us move lines and objects and see the results immediately. After a very detailed design process, we engages Paragon to build the pool. The result is spectacular (see photos).

Throughout the process, Craig the construction manager stayed in constant contact with us with updates and excellent communication. Since we are pretty particular, we asked them to redo the finish on one section of the spa which was done meticulously and with grace. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe and the Paragon team - exceptional work and service.

We've enjoyed our Paragon custom pool for over three years now! I must say what really impresses me about Paragon is the professional service after installation. Our pool has given us few problems but maintenance issues do arise from time to time. I can tell you in the two or three instances we have experienced, the Paragon staff has been awesome!

The service work has been prompt and in each case efforts were made to minimize repair costs. We consciously spent a little more for our pool and this is exactly the reason why. It's nice to look back on a significant investment and continue to feel great about the whole experience! Kudos to David and his staff!

I requested a quote from this builder and he sent an email responding with a request to meet to discuss the pool build. I had a layout done for the pool prior to this meeting thinking this would expedite the pool design and because I had a layout already from BYOP AZ he BLEW ME OFF stating because I had a layout already and more importantly because it was a service he didn't like or thought I would want an affordable price where he couldnt control the POOL SELLING PROCESS he refused to quote the job. His reviews are NOT what they appear to be! STAY AWAY!

With Paragon pools, We built a significant pool, spa, landscape, and kitchen. It included water and fire features. It is one of the pools pictured with orange lounge chairs. Paragon was excellent to work with. We were not easy to work for as we had big dreams and thru the process made several changes to our build. Joe and his son could not have been easier to work with.

What we are most impressed with.4 years later.they are as much our partner today, as the day we started to work with them on estimates. This sets them apart from many other teams. Many builders leave you a year after installation, with any pool there is ongoing learning and support to maintain the pool. Several times a year we depend on Joe for advise and he is always there like an extended member of our family.

I consider Joe and his son experienced masters at what they do. As I read the other references, my response to those who await responses.true masters and partners are in demand and hard to find. Paragon is a company worth waiting for. We would absolutely use Paragon again, should we downsize to a smaller property. Andrew and Dot Stanton

All I can say is WOW this guys design and build some amazing pools and gas fire pits. Nothing ordinary about them. Great combination of stone and tile looks to go along with custom shapes. So if you're in the market for a custom pool, go see Joe over at Paragon Pools and you'll be the talk of each and every Summer bbq and pool party.

Been 2 weeks and I cant get these guys to return a phone call or estimate for the work. Not impressed.

I recommend Paragon Pools without hesitation. 11 years ago, they did my first pool. It was done well and it held up great, no problems whatsoever. Then, fast forward 11 years, I need a pool at my new house. I track down Paragon. They're still in business and they found my old pool records. First, the fact that they are still around through the worst recession, speaks volumes. My new pool is beautiful, done well, done on time, with great customer service. You deal with the owners and Trish, the office admin, is a sweetheart. Very happy!

Terrible customer service. I called for a quote. Scheduled a appointment for the rep to come out. The day of the appointment I got a phone call from them saying they had to cancel my appointment. He then told me he can give me some information. Rambled off a number and that was it. No reschedule. No want to come out. The phone call made me feel like I was a inconvenience.

I called and a girl answered the phone. I said i wanted to schedule a estimate, so she says ok and then sends me to a voice message. It takes 2 days for someone to call me and they are unable to come when I am off work. I then make a appointment and my husband LEAVES WORK EARLY to do the appointment BUT NO ONE SHOWS UP. I call Joes cell to find out when he will arrive because it is past my appointment time and he tells me sorry he was sleeping. I definitely will not do a big investment like a new pool install with bad customer service like this.

We bought our house four years ago and based on local recommendations, we had Paragon put in our pool. Four years later, I can tell you that they did a fantastic job. This was my first pool but since that time, I've had occasion to be around friend's and family's pools. In all cases, I've observed that our pool has superior equipment and better workmanship.

My Dad was a building contractor and I've been around contractors all my life--there is a pretty big range in quality out there. Paragon is a superior contractor who treats you right and takes pride in their work.

I've had this pool for a little over a year now and I figured I would leave an update. Overall, I am extremely happy with my pool. It is gorgeous. But I must say that still after a year has passed I remember how terrible the service was. The final result was amazing and impressive, but the terrible service and their inability to follow the outlined schedule or stay in communication with me left a real bad taste in my mouth.

To summarize, the pool is amazing and impressive. I would give the pool 9/10. I'm only rating it 9 since the spray color was not as blue as it was in the picture otherwise I would give it a 10. The service is a 4/10. Rating a 4 because the timeline issues, inability to communicate with me with important issues, and their hired employees sleeping in wheelbarrows in my backyard.

I feel bad for leaving such a harsh review a year ago, but I was really disappointed in the way they handled business. I expected a more professional approach and follow through.
