I called Russ Watters for help with my pool which was having serious problems with chemical balance. I needed the water drained and refilled, the plaster needed to be acid washed, my tile was stained and my filter was shot. Russ hooked me up and my pool is like new. Moving from Ct. to Vegas was a great move for our family of 5 as was using Watters Aquatech to build our in ground pool- after completion of our pool and outdoor kitchen we had a couple of issues with a water feature and barbecue. Watters Aquatech was prompt and efficient at completely correcting both situations without any cost or inconvenience to us.

We love Watters Aquatech. We bought a home with about a 12 year old pool. Russ and Dustin gave us great advice on how to make some small changes now and what we will eventually need to do to keep it in great shape in the future. I know several people who have had them build designer pools and they are beyond awesome. I would love to do that with them someday

Disappointed. Pool looked great when it was finished, but trying to get any help for later issues under warranty is impossible. They never return calls. Last call, she hung up on me after placing me on hold. This was my 4th or 5th attempt to schedule a service call in about 2 weeks of trying. Now, at 2pm, the office is closed message is on, with no ability to even leave any message. They promise good service, but after the pool is done they don't deliver.
