I used this company and he used the wrong equipment for my pool filter. It is the smallest one you can buy. It doesn't fit. My plumbing has had problems since day one. He made several mistakes during construction. Not enough rebar which delayed our completion. He ripped us off because we didn't know what to look for. Paid too dollar but there's a few mistakes. The travertine pavers around pools aren't level. It was a big mistake.

Joel was a true blessing! He listened very carefully when we told him about our dream pool ideas. Joel, made sure we were happy every step of the way! I know we were picky and I thank you for your patience! I had met with at least three different pool companies and they all offered a) b) or c) cookie-cutter pools and for big money! I prayed and asked our Heavenly Father, for an honest and trustworthy company. Voila, Ask and God will give you what you need or want.

National Pools and Spas did an amazing job. We ordered our white Limestone and many other items we picked and we feel so blessed to have met such a man of integrity and honesty, Joel Hadley. He still comes around or calls to make sure everything is working to its optimal performance! His worker's craftsmanship is absolutely amazing! Thank you, Joel Hadley, and all your workers for an amazing and unique swimming pool, waterfall, and surroundings! GOD bless you and yours!

We are so impressed with our swimming pool that National Pools and Spas made for us in May of 2018! Joel Hadley was our contractor and was very easy to get along with and was very understanding to get what we wanted. We had visited with more than three swimming pool companies and everyone had A) B) or (C) to choose from. That's when I knew if we wanted something special we were going to have to hire our own contractor. So, off I went to pray and ask our Heavenly Father for someone that could do that and after a few pictures and drawings we were off to start our new swimming pool and water feature. I've been very happy with Joel as he has done everything he said he would do. Thank you, National Pools and Joel Hadley, for all your help. We love our swimming pool and all the surrounding area that was done! Thank You, Heavenly Father!

My fiance and I ended up going with National pool and spas to install a pool in our new build home. After meeting with several different companies none of them really gave us straightforward opinions, they all seemed pretty "used car salesman" for our taste. Meeting Joel he was immediately put us at ease. He did not try to oversell us anything and had many recommendations for us because we had an idea of what we wanted but definitely needed some guidance from a professional to make sure everything turned out how we envisioned it.

There was a bit of delay with getting started but that was due to weather and once they were able to get going everything moved along smoothly. The reason for the 4 star review over the 5 is just due to the face that it wasn't always easy to get ahold of them during the process when we had questions ( however we did install during the busiest season of the year, and eventually we did get answers just not always as fast as we would have liked. ) after the pool was complete we had a few issues which Joel's partner Jerry was always immediately available to help us out with. Our pool turned out absolutely beautiful and it exceeded our expectations when all was said and done.

Joel was very professional and the pool was completed in the timeline given. We had a new pool built and all of the equipment was top of the line. Joel went step by step with the design as we had made several changes to the design. Our pool is fantastic and would highly recommend National Pool and Spas.

We had an outdated pool, that needed to be completely re-done. Joel listened to our ideas and came up with a plan, that was within our budget. By reshaping the existing pool, an updated shape was achieved that we love. Our only regret is that only one light was installed. With the size and shape of the pool, two lights would have been better for us.
