Dont do it! Mark is not a man of his word and he does not stand behind his work. We spent thousands of dollars to resurface our pool and lay a brand new travertine deck and the deck is already giving us an ugly problem because it was not sealed properly, and it is turning all white. Mark refuses to help us or give us any information about what product he used to seal our deck and what manufacturer the tile came from so we could try and rectify the problem.
Our deck is only 2 and a 1/2 months old and it looks like it's worn out and run down.
Now I have to go out and pay a professional to seal my deck the right way.
Mark said the Travertine would last 20 to 25 years if it was sealed properly and well cared for. 2 months later it already looks 25 years old.

Mark, the owner, was fantastic to work with - he was responsive to all our questions and offered great suggestions, showcasing his keen eye for design. They replaced the faded coping, outdated tile, filter, pool and spa lights, and also added a bench, handrails, and grab bar. Additionally, they resurfaced the pitted and stained interior. The entire project took nearly three weeks. The crew was excellent; they arrived on time, maintained a clean workspace each day, and demonstrated impressive craftsmanship. We had Pool and Spa Creations re-surface our 1984 pool, which still had it's original finish and, therefore, was in terrible shape. We shopped around, meeting with and gathering quotes from multiple companies. We found Pool and Spa's price to be competitive and, moreover, felt that their presentation was not pushy towards upselling us on anything that we didn't want or need.

We ultimately chose the Hydrazzo product, which was an upgrade over standard finishes, and in the end felt it was worth the cost of the upgraded finish. We found the workmanship to be excellent. We found the dedication to customer satisfaction to be above expectations. Mark and his staff truly went above and beyond to make sure all aspects of the job were done perfectly. By the end of the job, it was clear that Pool and Spa Creations was very interested in making sure we were 100% satisfied with the job.

This review is a long time coming. We hired Mark and his team for our pool renovation about a year ago. We met with 4 pool companies and it was an easy decision to hire Mark. Not only did his team do an amazing job, but couldn't be happier with his honesty, professionalism and responsiveness. He did a new surface, salt system, pavers and jets. Everyone who comes over raves about our pool. If you need a new pool, I promise you there is no reason to search, just call these guys.

Mark Adkins is a first rate pool remodeler. He rebuilt and refinished a pool for my son in Safety Harbor and then one for me. He is very reliable, competent and honest. He makes excellent suggestions and keeps to the schedule. We are very happy with our pools by Pool and Spa Creations.

Amazing! Pool & Spa Creations did such a great job! We had a 14x28 old, pitted, stained pool that was so hard to maintain and now after five days we have a brand new beautiful pool. Mark was competitively priced but that was not the only reason we went with him. He had no negative reviews on BBB, he was on site supervising or actually working on our pool and he had all the insurance and licenses required to do our pool.

He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and he kept all his promises. When talking to him you can clearly see his knowledge and experience. His lead guy also took exceptional pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend this company to others.
